LIVE · POLLUTECSENSE™ v6.4.2 · TRAILING 12 MONTHS

PollutecSense™ Remote Monitoring — 99.94% uptime across 312 hospitals, with contamination telemetry you can audit from any terminal.

A purpose-built remote monitoring platform for healthcare environments. Edge-grade particulate, microbial, pressure-differential and VOC sensors stream through encrypted gateways into an audit-ready cloud, with read-only API access for clinical engineering, QA, and infection control teams.

Procurement, facilities & infection control teams — response within 4 business hours. NDA on file required for full dashboard access.

§02 / Deployment Footprint

Where PollutecSense™ instruments are running right now.

Procurement leads ask for breadth first. Here is the live footprint — 312 hospitals across 34 countries, with regional presence on four continents and redundant telemetry gateways in three jurisdictions.

§03 / Data Architecture

Data Architecture & Sensor Integration — how a reading moves from an OR ceiling to your compliance binder.

A four-stage telemetry pipeline engineered for healthcare. Every reading is signed at the edge, replicated to a regional gateway, mirrored to the PollutecSense cloud, and exposed through read-only API endpoints that QA teams can pull into their own compliance binders.

A

The pipeline

  1. Edge sensor. Particulate, microbial, pressure-differential and VOC probes sample at 1 Hz on signed firmware. Readings are cryptographically stamped at the source.
  2. Gateway. On-site gateways buffer, deduplicate and forward via TLS 1.3 to the nearest regional ingestion node. Local cache survives 72h of WAN outage.
  3. PollutecSense cloud. Time-series store with 7-year retention, anomaly detection calibrated per ISO 14644-1 cleanroom class, and immutable audit trails.
  4. Read-only API. REST + GraphQL endpoints, with CSV/JSON export and signed audit packets for regulators. No write access is exposed to tenants.

Data residency options: EU-West (Lyon), MENA (Dubai), LATAM (São Paulo). On-prem deployment available for sovereign hospital networks.

“Telemetry is for evidence — not reassurance. We don't promise zeros; we publish the thresholds we can defend in front of a regulator, the gaps we caught, and the time it took us to catch them.”

§06 / Integration & Data Export

Practical questions for clinical engineering teams.

The questions our integration engineers field most often — answered in writing, with documentation links your IT and QA teams can verify before procurement signs.

01 ·What API formats does PollutecSense™ expose, and how do we authenticate?

REST and GraphQL over TLS 1.3, both returning JSON. Authentication is via short-lived OAuth 2.0 client-credentials tokens issued by your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak) — no long-lived static keys. A sandbox tenant with synthetic data is provisioned within 48 hours for proof-of-concept work.

02 ·How do readings export into our existing compliance binders?

Every reading is exportable as signed CSV or JSON, and as a tamper-evident PDF audit packet (SHA-256 hash, timestamp authority, regulator-ready cover page). Daily snapshots can be pushed to your S3, Azure Blob, or SFTP endpoint on a schedule you define.

03 ·Can we set custom alert thresholds per room or per shift?

Yes. Thresholds are scoped per cleanroom class (ISO 14644-1 Class 3 through 8), per room, and per shift window. Breach events page the on-call rota within 9 seconds P95, and write to an immutable audit trail that your QA manager can replay byte-for-byte.

04 ·What about data residency — and is an on-prem deployment option available?

Default residency options are EU-West (Lyon), MENA (Dubai) and LATAM (São Paulo). For sovereign hospital networks and ministry-grade deployments, a fully on-prem PollutecSense stack is available on your hardware, managed remotely by our 42 licensed clinical engineers.

05 ·What uptime SLA is contracted, and what happens during a breach?

Contracted SLA is 99.9% rolling 12 months, with measured performance at 99.94%. Credit terms and post-incident reports (RCA within 5 business days) are written into the master agreement. Status page is publicly accessible at all times.

06 ·How is the system validated against ISO 14644 and EN 1822-1:2019?

Every deployment is commissioned with a documented in-situ test plan: particle counts at each filter stage, integrity test on every HEPA, airflow uniformity, and recovery time. Certificates are signed by a European Registered Microbiologist and stored against the asset ID for the life of the system.

Need a sandbox tenant for your integration team?

We provision a fully synthetic PollutecSense environment in 48 hours, with sample sensor data and the same API surface as production.
